Namecheap won't allow someone to register pleasingbears.io

So, I was going to register a domain name, and since it's been awhile I thought I'd do a test run to familiarize myself with their site UI in an attempt to minimize any domain name sniping.

For my test run I randomly used the domain name pleasingbears.io. When I tried to add to cart it did not work and the "add" on the button changed into a speech bubble icon. I then got on a live chat with a Namecheap employee:

Me: I tried to register pleasingbears.io but it didn't work.

NC: This domain contains restricted phrases and can't be self registered.

Me: Which phrase?

NC: I cannot provide you with the exact answer, as our system blocks the registration of such a domains.

NC: Namecheap responsibly tries to prevent abusive domain registrations and reduce Internet fraud. Our work includes partnering with global authorities to identify and prevent the most current abuse patterns. Based on this work, domains that contain certain keywords cannot be automatically registered.

Me: Which keywords?

NC: Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with such an information.

The only thing I can think of is that pleasingbears.io has a gay connotation in it - "bears". But WTF?

Might also be "pleasing". I remember reading Lowry's The Giver back in school, and how unexpected it was to see the word pleasure/pleasurable used with its standard connotation, unlike the shift in usage today.

Or maybe "asing bears". Regardless of the exact keyword, it doesn't really make sense. Is this really reducing internet fraud?
