Follow Restructure

I think I am going to restructure some of the follow/unfollow system. Right now the issues are twofold:

1) The +/- button can get out of sync with the content it's attached to (eg. something could be hidden that you're following).

2) When you sign up and log in for the first time, you go from seeing a lot of content to seeing nothing. It should stay the same probably.

This seems like a good upgrade but I'm still a bit hesitant. I think this change will also simplify some SQL.

IMHO, the follow system is the weak point of CC.

Never fully understand how it's supposed to work. I don't like the idea of seeing less by logging in.

Probably a blacklist would works better than a whitelist for content discovery. It was a good try nonetheless.
